We watch “ANG TANGING INA MO, LAST NA ‘TOH” by Ai-Ai delas Alas. The movie is great; it’s full of comedy and drama. Since this is the last installment of the movie, I and my family watched it. We had a great night. This coming Wednesday, we will be watching Dalaw.

3rd day:
Three days before Christmas I watched movies the whole day. I watched the mirrors, shutter, grown-ups, Blair witch project, drag me to hell and deep impact. I watched them all with my family. I’m so lucky I have them. After watching the movies I played with my cousins. I saw his bike and I used it. I missed biking so much. I felt I was in Paris (hahahaha). It’s very relaxing and fun to do. Months ago I don’t know how to ride a bike. But last summer I told to myself, I should learn how to ride a bike. And in just no time, I can ride then a bike. I started using the small one then this time I used the bigger one that suits for me. This is such a fulfillment for me because another task that I have done. Next summer I must learn how to swim.
4th day:
I had a strange night. I, my sister and aunt slept on one room. We we’re having fun, Telling scary stories and ghost experiences. After a couple of minutes I stood up and grab the white blanket. I covered my body and I stand on the window. They were laughing. Then I sang…”may inuwi si nanay sa bahay, may inuwi si nanay sa bahay, may inuwi si nanay sa bahay…” and my way. It’s 10 pm, we went to bed and sleep. Then boom….something fell. We all stood up and went down the stairs. Ohhh, the picture frame fell. I cannot recognize whose picture is that. But when I look up that I realize that picture was the picture of my dead aunt. We all ran and upstairs, we laugh and laugh.
5th day: BUSY VACATION WEEKS
I started writing all my notes in MS and OR. I brought my book with me. Moreover, I started watching the movies that was given to us. We have 4 movies to watch and make reviews out of it. I also did all my essays in my Phi2 and make many blog topics so that I will just post and post every week. And I don’t even need to think more after this vacation. This is how my vacation will going to be. It’s like I’m still in the school doing my homework and all the school stuffs. Hayyyzzzz. I need a rest (rest in peace????BIG NO!!!). I have to pamper myself and prepare for the coming 2011…MERRY WRITINGS AND HAPPY NEW MOVIES FOR 2011.
6th day: I’M COMING BACK HOME.
I’m on my way to the terminal. May god bless my trip and no accident may happen. I will be spending my Christmas vacation, Christmas day and New Year at my grandmother house here in Tarlac. Every year I and my family celebrate this special day here in Tarlac. We spend the days with lots of happiness, foods and fireworks. It’s a bonding for us. 8th day: SHOP ‘TIL YOU DROP.

After going to mall, we planned to go in Marikina Tiangge Park. We we’re shopping for a bag. A bag that cost Php 50.00 (hahaha, sosyal!!! and mahal???). Unluckily, we didn’t find what we want. We went home with nothing. But we we’re happy of what happened to us. Lia bought her sister with us and we had fun the whole day. We ride a horse (kalesa) and take pictures on the ginger bread house built by Marikina government. After the enjoyment, my body is aching. My feet are swollen and tired.
I really enjoyed my day and thanks to my friends. Tomorrow I will go to Marikina again (alone) to find that bag; I’m so obsessed with that beautiful, cheap and affordable bag. Though it cost only 50.00, it looks expensive, unique and original. Tomorrow is another day and I’m ready to face the challenges and adventures ahead of me. Good night friend, readers and crush(es)!!!!
9th day: REVIEW MODE.
The whole day, I reviewed my lectures and notes for MS. I read the books and memorize necessary values. I understand each and every concept taught to us by Ms. Mahinay. That is how I spend my day before the Christmas. And exam week is about to end this Friday. I and my friends we’re planning to have a night out (Sa Sta. Lucia lang at Marikina Park, poor kami eh!).
WILLING-WILLIE SHOW
November 29 is declared as holiday. Some take advantage with this day to have a rest and bond with their family or friends. But I and some of my family members went to a beautiful show. We went to “Willing-Willie” to see Willie himself, the very beautiful Shalani Soledad and the sexy dancers of the show. I was really amazed of what I saw. Shalani is so beautiful. You will really admire her because of her simplicity. Be a fan of Willie because his very generous to unfortunate people. The dancers because of their sexy moves, sexy bodies (sobrang puputi nila!!! Ka-ingit sa sobrang kinis!!!!) and beautiful faces.

I enjoyed the hours I stayed in the studio of the show. It’s worth it and it’s a fun show. You will forget for a while all your problems if you will just watch it. If you’re looking for a show like this, Willing-Willie is the one.
I can still remember the dance steps taught to us by Owen. During the practice, I’m shy to dance but when the program starts I started dancing also. Some say, “Pag ikaw pa yung hindi sumayaw, ikaw pa yung mahihiya, kasi lahat todo sayaw at enjoy!”. We finished the show and we we’re there ‘til 12 midnight. We had pictures with the dancers. They’re so cool.
I also saw DJ Mo, he’s cute and small. I wish I can go back again in the show not as a VIP or reserved audience but as an ordinary audience wherein I can join in the contest.

Sad to say, I don’t have a picture of Shalani and I. we didn’t went to their dressing rooms because its past 12 midnight and they still need to take a rest.

But even though, I had a chance to talk to Willie for a while (saglit lng talaga. Mga 2 seconds.!hahaha). He asked me something. And I was shocked; I did not expect that to happen. I was just there to watch the show and have fun. And I did not fail from what I expect.
Bye! See you next time Willie, Shalani and the dancers. Wait for me. Hahaha, Bye…..

Happy duty hours
We met a group of students from FEU in RPH-OR. There is this “person” that I admired of. At first I didn’t actually appreciated the “person” that much. Until my one of my groupmates look upon me and said:
“Hey, Jerome look may cute!.” I replied, “asan”. She pointed the person and when I saw, I got a crush on the “person”. My crush is cuter when the mask is on. The eyes are small and have fair skin.
The other day, we arrived at the hospital and the first person I saw is my crush. I smiled and become happy for that day. I watched my crush assisting the surgeon the entire operation. I always look upon the eyes. It’s beautiful. I can’t help myself to smile the whole day. After the operation, I and my groupmates saw the foods at the table. That’s the time I knew it’s their last day on the hospital. And I felt sad, that will be the last time I will see my crush.

We went home and they’re still asleep. At least for how many days of staying at RPH, I met a new friend and crush. And I know that my feeling for “the person” will be left on nothing…L
And I know there’s a lot more of person I will be meeting and I hope soon….soon, the right one will comes along…
Start the day right!

A healthy breakfast should contain some protein and some fiber. Protein can come from meat, eggs, beans or soy such as tofu. Fiber can be found in whole grain cereals, grains or in fruits.

Human: An earth-like biosphere
Well, one of these is the microbe that’s normally found in the environment. Would you believe they’re also found in us? They don’t just crawl in and around your body and find requirement to live.
If we can only look deeper inside our body, we will see not only human cells but even cells of microbes.
In an article of the National geographic Magazine, if you’re going to count the living cells in your body, you’ll find about ten times more will be microbes? Unbelievable huh!
In addition, the dense population of these microbes is in your intestines. You might not feel them. But if you’ll be like their size, I’m sure you’ll be shocked to know that you’re a parent with trillions of offspring to feed.
However, to know at least their classification, scientists have grown snippets of DNA in laboratories. They’re able to conclude that each of us carries 8000 subspecies of microbes which belong to between 500 to 1000 species.
These scientific findings enable us to answer the realities on human beings. But these still confuse me a little. If most of our cells are not even human and we have ten times more microbial cells than our own body cells; then why are we defined to be human?
Or should I say that’s what the word ‘human being’ denotes, to build up with mostly nonhuman cells. Imagine how ironic that is!
Our body is not only a simple home to these microbes. We’re not just providing their environment, shelter and other needs. It’s not just a place of survival for these multitudes but primarily a place for interaction and partnership.
I remember when my biology, anatomy teachers taught us that an ecosystem must not be called ecosystem if there’s no interaction between organisms and their environment. So what do you think of yourself?
These microbes are not destroyers. They’ve already been part of the human evolution because we, together with our ancestors, couldn’t survive without them.
Everyone knows that we behave as hosts of these microbes because where else would they get their needs? We in return take great advantages from them. Most of these microbes regulate some of our body functions. One example is the gut microbes, they carry out vital role in digestion.
Also, some of them cause production of vitamins essential for good health. Besides, some help us avoid diseases. From all of these, the human body is really a composite community of crawling microbes. That is because they build us up into a complete ecosystem where we can fully benefit from all that we have.
So it’s about time, we should know the length of the human’s foot. We’re nearly a biosphere, a land dominated by a vast n umber of creatures not even related to us humans.
Longing for my high school friends
Another year is yet to come, its 2011 in 20 days. I miss my friends. I miss the bonding, the getaway, laughter, jokes, and their faces. I wish there are with me this coming Christmas and New Year. I want to hang with them again and again. Each and every one of us has different personality. Some are fun to be with, corny, brainy but whatever they are I love them the way I knew them. This time around, I want to see them again, to know what’s new and the changes happened.
There are not just my friends during my high school life but there with me forever. They help me to be a better person. They consider me as their friends also and accepted me for who I am. They know my secrets and I know their secrets. They’ve been with me for 4 years and now it’s been 3 years I didn’t see them all I have are there Facebook accounts.
Some of us have met new friends; we have new careers in life and new goals. Someday we will be able to meet again. And when that happens, I wish we’re successful in our chosen careers.
Whatever happens, there are my friends. Some may go and some stay with me. Thanks for being part of my life. Thanks for giving me joy and inspirations. Here I am, different from what you knew. I’m not the “JEROME” you knew before. I may be different but my attitude is still the same. What just changed is the way I view life and the way I moved and make decisions.
Before I was the “cheater” you know, naughty and noisy, but now it’s completely different. I study on my own; I minimized my talking and the level of my voice. But you can assure the entire secret you’ve told are kept secrets. I met new friends; new companion but you guys, still have space in my life. And you’re very most welcome in my new life.

Radio show caller
This next article is sensitive that some people don’t want to read it. This is about a man that called on a radio show and tells his story when he get laid. I was captivated because his disposition is different from others. After I heard the story, I asked myself, how a blind man can appreciate the “thing” if he cannot see his partner.
Then I started thinking about it. For one week I can’t find the answers. I’m still curious how they do it.
And this is his story…….

Moreover, the man doesn’t watch porn movies and he doesn’t even know what a naked woman looks like.
I was wondering how he can enjoy or feel the pleasure of it without seeing his partner. And why is it that he suddenly wanted to have sex after he get blind. Why is it, he didn’t do it before the accident wherein he has the capability to choose his own partner and see them.
